For our 25th wedding anniversary last year, instead of taking a lavish trip or buying each other expensive gifts, we were privileged to watch and walk alongside our daughter as she planned for and married her best friend. We knew there was "always next year" for a celebration of our 25 years of marriage....why not just wait one more and celebrate 26?!

Scott and I are in the final stages of planning our road trip to Canada in our new 2013 Bighorn 3570RS fifth wheel this summer and want to make sure that our friends and family can follow us along on our adventure. That's why we've created this blog! Hopefully, we'll be able to share pictures and stories of our time there and be able to look back and remind ourselves how blessed we really are.


All of the campground reservations have been made (see schedule below), tickets have been bought for two days at the Calgary Stampede and reservations have been made for our anniversary dinner at The Grizzly House in Banff. We are planning lots of day hikes, a tour of the Columbia Icefields in Jasper, and much needed rest and relaxation.
